Job Overview We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to support the delivery of digital products by facilitating Agile ceremonies, ensuring smooth collaboration across teams, and driving end-to-end product delivery from development to post-release support.
Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with Product Managers and Designers to support user research activities, including user interviews
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and sprint reviews
- Track development progress and ensure timely delivery of sprint commitments
- Coordinate system, user, and security testing prior to product release
- Support post-release activities including user education and product adoption initiatives
- Work with cross-functional teams to identify, track, and resolve defects and production issues
- Ensure clear documentation and effective communication across stakeholders
- Certifications such as Scrum Master or Product Owner are a plus
- Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, Business, or related fields preferred
- Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in Agile delivery or digital product development environments
- Proven experience in delivering digital products end-to-end with cross-functional teams
- Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum/Kanban)
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal), including documentation and reporting
- Strong organisational skills with ability to manage priorities and work under tight deadlines
- Highly detail-oriented and proactive in following through to closure
- Familiarity with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or similar platforms is an advantage
