Job Title: Senior Business Coordinator
Employment Type: 12-month Contract 
Working Hours: 35 hours per week (schedule to be discussed with the selected candidate)

Role Overview

This role will support the Food Department by handling routine operational and administrative tasks related to the trading business. The successful candidate will assist the team with processes such as credit line renewals, payments processing, contract tracking, and master data maintenance, while coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.

This position is largely administrative and operational in nature, providing key support to ensure smooth daily operations.

Key Responsibilities
Trade Operations & Compliance Support 
  • Manage credit renewals, license filings, and contract tracking

  • Conduct past-due reviews and validations

  • Support compliance and operational processes related to trading activities

Payments Processing & Master Data Administration 
  • Process invoices, service fees, and agency payments

  • Maintain vendor and customer master data

  • Update bank master details and ensure accuracy of financial records

Affiliate Reporting & Corporate Governance Support 
  • Support quarterly reporting inputs

  • Follow up on approval workflows

  • Assist with audit documentation and transfer approvals

  • Support director and board-related filings

Requirements
Education
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, International Trade, Supply Chain Management, or a related field

  • Candidates with relevant trade operations experience may be considered in lieu of formal qualifications

Experience
  • 1–2 years of experience in trade operations, logistics coordination, or administrative roles

Technical Skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel and Outlook)

  • Basic knowledge of trade and shipping documentation

  • Strong organizational and coordination skills

  • Ability to manage multiple internal applications and renewals

  • Comfortable coordinating with internal and external stakeholders

  • Experience with logistics or operations systems is an advantage
