- We are looking for an experienced Code Designer and Java Full Stack Developer to join our Capital Markets IT team. This role involves developing and maintaining a data quality monitoring product that manages trade message flows between systems using middleware technologies and message queues. The ideal candidate should have strong cloud expertise, DevOps knowledge, and a continuous improvement mindset with a focus on security, quality, and performance.
Responsibilities:- Design technical solutions aligned with functional architecture.
- Write technical documentation, API contracts, and sequence diagrams.
- Develop high-quality, testable code using Java, Spring, AngularJS, ReactJS.
- Ensure message processing via Kafka and work with both NoSQL (MongoDB) and relational databases (PostgreSQL, MSSQL, Oracle).
- Apply TDD/BDD, perform non-functional testing, and support production systems.
- Collaborate across teams and support UAT.
- Contribute to automation, DevOps adoption, and continuous improvement practices.
- 10+ years of relevant development experience.
- Strong in Java/J2EE, Spring, AngularJS, ReactJS, Kafka, MongoDB, SQL, and Unix/Linux scripting.
- Familiarity with DevOps tools like GitLab, Jenkins, SonarQube, Jira, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience working with cloud environments (preferably AWS).
- Knowledge of capital markets and financial instruments.
- Exposure to Market Risk/Front Office systems.
- Experience with BI tools and application monitoring.
- Strong communication, analytical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proactive, self-driven, team-oriented, and adaptable to new technologies.
