Senior Contract Analyst, Client Contract Management
Location: Singapore (Hybrid: 2–3 days in office weekly)

About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Senior Contract Analyst to join our client's APAC Client Contract Management (CCM) team in Singapore. This is an individual contributor role that requires strong analytical skills, stakeholder management, and the ability to manage complex contract processes in a fast-paced, global environment.

What You’ll Do
  • Act as the primary contract owner for assigned markets, managing all aspects of contract requests, drafting, approvals, issuance, and execution within agreed service-level objectives (SLOs).
  • Partner with cross-functional teams (Account Executives, Legal, Finance, Audit, Product, etc.) to ensure contracts are developed, approved, and executed promptly and consistently.
  • Manage post-contract activities, including distribution of information, contract filing, database management, and audit support.

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • 5–10 years of experience in contract management, business operations, or business services, ideally within payments, financial services, banking, fintech, or related industries.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail; able to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines under minimal supervision.
  • Excellent written and verbal business English communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) tools, CRM platforms, eSignature solutions, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Collaborative and team-oriented, with a flexible, diplomatic approach.
  • Self-starter with initiative, accountability, and the ability to problem-solve independently.
