Title: Senior Corporate and Policy Communications Manager, India and South East Asia ( 12 Months Contract

The Opportunity
We are seeking a Senior Corporate and Policy Communications Manager for India and South East Asia to join our client's regional team in Singapore. In this role, you’ll partner closely with our Policy team to highlight our client’s positive social and economic impact, foster constructive relationships with regulators and tourism organizations and strengthen the corporate reputation across the region.

You will develop proactive communications strategies, engage directly with media, manage issues, and deliver impactful campaigns that showcase our client’s role as a trusted community and corporate partner. This is an exciting opportunity for a resourceful communicator who thrives in dynamic environments and is eager to make an impact across diverse markets.

What You’ll Do
  • Develop and execute effective corporate and policy communications strategies that drive positive awareness and strengthen our client’s reputation.

  • Lead complex campaigns across multiple markets, ensuring proactive and impactful results.

  • Draft and adapt communications materials, including story pitches, press releases, messaging guides, speeches, Q&As, and executive briefs.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with journalists and manage day-to-day press office operations.

  • Manage agency partners across the region to ensure consistent and high-quality output.

  • Prepare senior executives for media interviews and speaking engagements.

  • Collaborate closely with consumer communications, policy, and global communications teams to deliver cohesive campaigns.

What You’ll Bring
  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher.

  • 8+ years of experience in corporate and/or policy communications, either in-house or agency.

  • Excellent writing, verbal communication, and interpersonal skills.

  • Proven media relations expertise with a strong journalist network.

  • Experience handling complex regulatory and political issues.

  • Ability to deliver proactive press projects, from data-driven stories to press events and campaigns.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.

  • Calm, adaptable, and solution-oriented under pressure.

  • Proficiency in Thai or Bahasa is an advantage given the regional scope.

  • Willingness to travel, sometimes at short notice.
