We are partnering with a reputable organisation to hire a Senior Executive, Compensation & Benefits to support their People Experience team. This role offers strong exposure across payroll, compensation & benefits, and HR systems, with the opportunity to work in a regional setup.
About the Role
This position will play a key role in ensuring smooth payroll operations and driving HR process improvements. You will work closely with internal stakeholders and external vendors to support day-to-day HR operations and projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and ensure accuracy of payroll operations for Singapore (700+ employees), including resolving payroll-related queries
- Act as the key liaison with the outsourced payroll vendor and ensure timely payroll processing (monthly & mid-cycle runs)
- Support and lead initiatives related to HR systems
- Drive continuous improvements in Workday processes, including change requests and testing with regional teams
- Manage employee benefits queries (including medical) and liaise with external partners (e.g. insurers, brokers)
- Participate in compensation reviews and market benchmarking exercises
- Provide hands-on support in HR operations when required
- Approximately 5 years of HR experience, with strong exposure to Payroll and Compensation & Benefits
- Workday experience is required
- Experience working with outsourced payroll vendors will be an advantage
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple stakeholders
- Mandarin proficiency is required to liaise with stakeholders
