This role is focused on budgeting, forecasting, financial modelling, and performance analysis. The position offers strong exposure to business drivers and strategic initiatives within a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Financial Planning & Analysis
- Lead annual budgeting and periodic forecasting processes, delivering accurate projections and actionable insights
- Perform detailed variance analysis to identify key drivers and trends impacting business performance
- Develop financial models and scenario analysis to support strategic initiatives and investment decisions
- Monitor cash flow and prepare short- and long-term cash forecasts to support working capital optimization
- Support KPI development and performance tracking across P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow
- Prepare and deliver management reports and presentations to senior stakeholders
- Design and maintain dashboards that provide clear, data-driven insights into business performance
- Drive reporting efficiency and automation using tools such as Power BI
- Ensure consistency, accuracy, and integrity of financial data across reports
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Professional certification (ACCA, CPA, CIMA, or equivalent; Chartered Accountant such as ISCA/MIA is an advantage)
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in FP&A, management accounting, or Big 4 audit (with FP&A exposure)
- Strong expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and financial modelling
- Advanced analytical capabilities with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
- Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI (or similar BI tools)
- Experience with Oracle or SAP systems is preferred
- Knowledge of basic programming (e.g., SQL) is an advantage
