We are looking for an experienced Senior HR ABAP Developer to join a leading enterprise project, supporting SAP HCM, SAP SuccessFactors, and Payroll solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, enhance, and support SAP Human Capital Management (HCM) and SAP SuccessFactors custom developments.
- Develop and enhance RICEFW objects (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms, and Workflows).
- Perform HR-related ABAP development for SAP HCM and Payroll modules.
- Develop payroll-related reports, interfaces, and custom enhancements.
- Build and support integrations between SAP S/4HANA and SAP SuccessFactors.
- Participate in SAP S/4HANA migration and transformation initiatives.
- Support HR data migration activities using SAP migration tools and methodologies.
- Develop and maintain integrations using BAPIs, BADIs, User Exits, Enhancement Framework, IDocs, RFCs, and ALE.
- Collaborate with functional consultants and business stakeholders to deliver scalable HR solutions.
- Strong hands -on experience in SAP ABAP development with a focus on SAP HCM.
- Proven experience developing HR-related ABAP objects for SAP HCM, Payroll, and SAP SuccessFactors.
- Strong understanding of SAP HCM data structures and Infotypes.
- Experience with Payroll-related developments and reporting.
- Hands-on experience integrating SAP S/4HANA with SAP SuccessFactors.
- Exposure to SAP S/4HANA migration projects.
- Familiarity with HR data migration tools and methodologies.
- Strong technical expertise in:
- ABAP

- BADIs
- User Exits
- Enhancement Framework
- IDocs
- RFCs
- ALE
