About the Role
Our client is seeking an experienced Senior Program Manager to lead a large-scale business transformation programme involving the migration of a key wealth management business from one legal entity to another, with targeted completion by H1 FY27.
This role will provide strategic programme leadership, oversee regulatory and governance activities, and ensure business-as-usual (BAU) continuity throughout the transformation. The successful candidate will work closely with senior stakeholders, driving alignment across multiple workstreams while ensuring programme risks, dependencies and deliverables are effectively managed.
Key Responsibilities
Programme Leadership & Strategic Coordination
- Lead end-to-end programme planning and execution across multiple workstreams.
- Drive alignment of milestones, deliverables, dependencies and resource allocation.
- Act as the key escalation point for cross-functional issues and programme governance.
- Build strong relationships with senior business stakeholders to ensure successful programme delivery.
- Lead regulatory engagement activities and oversee submission timelines.
- Chair programme governance forums, including Steering Committees and Working Groups.
- Ensure key decisions, actions and risks are appropriately documented, tracked and followed through.
- Maintain compliance with internal governance standards and regulatory requirements.
- Ensure business-as-usual operations remain stable throughout programme execution.
- Identify, assess and mitigate programme risks, issues and interdependencies.
- Maintain programme-level RAID logs and drive timely resolution of critical issues.
- Embed appropriate governance and operational controls into programme delivery.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in Programme Management, Project Management and/or Business Analysis.
- Proven experience managing large-scale transformation or strategic change programmes.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
- Demonstrated leadership in driving complex programmes with multiple workstreams.
- Excellent communication, planning and organisational skills.
- Experience supporting M&A integration, legal entity migration or large-scale organisational transformation programmes.
- Previous experience as a Project Management Officer (PMO) supporting enterprise-wide initiatives.
