RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of large-scale construction projects, ensuring completion within budget, schedule, quality, and safety targets.
- Manage and coordinate clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders to drive project execution.
- Monitor project progress, financial performance, resources, and risks, implementing mitigation plans where necessary.
- Provide leadership to project teams, ensuring compliance with contractual, regulatory, and workplace safety requirements.
- Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 10 years of project management experience with a reputable main contractor, managing large-scale building projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, contract administration, and Singapore building regulations.
- Proven leadership, stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills with a track record of successful project delivery.
