Key Responsibilities
- Design, review, and scale high-performance frontend systems across web and mobile platforms
- Ensure UI consistency, responsiveness, and accessibility across devices
- Act as a frontend subject matter expert across multiple teams
- Guide architecture decisions, design reviews, and technology evaluations
- Translate business and product requirements into scalable frontend solutions
- Build and maintain reusable UI components and design systems
- Promote efficiency, consistency, and quality across teams
- Define and enforce engineering standards, tools, and best practices
- Implement practices in performance monitoring, test automation, CI/CD, and accessibility
- Drive cross-platform deployment strategies
- Mentor engineers and lead knowledge-sharing initiatives
- Foster a collaborative, high-performing engineering culture
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, or related field
- 8+ years of experience building large-scale frontend applications
- Strong experience in both React.js (web) and React Native (mobile)
- Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript
- Strong experience with:
- React.js
- React Native
- Redux / Zustand
- Next.js
- Expo / Metro bundler
- Familiarity with modern frontend tooling and ecosystems
- Experience designing scalable and high-performance frontend architectures
- Knowledge of:
- Mobile-web integration
- Micro-frontend architecture
- Offline-first capabilities
- Experience establishing:
- Coding standards
- CI/CD pipelines
- Design system governance
- Performance monitoring frameworks
- Actively explores emerging UI/UX trends and frontend technologies
- Aligns solutions with business and user needs
- Anticipates UX risks and technical debt
- Designs for maintainability, accessibility, and observability
