The Role
Reporting to the Director of Sales, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by proactively developing new accounts and strengthening relationships with existing clients. With a focus on corporate room sales, you will play a key role in achieving the hotel’s financial goals while upholding our client’s reputation for service excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and grow a designated portfolio of local and overseas corporate accounts, including Corporate FIT and Groups.
  • Analyse the current client base and market trends to identify opportunities for business expansion.
  • Proactively secure new accounts through daily sales calls, networking, client entertainment, and effective correspondence.
  • Collaborate with the DOS on strategies, pricing, and inclusion in corporate RFP accounts.
  • Participate in forecasting, account stacking, and development of sales action plans.
  • Maintain accurate and updated client information, call plans, and action records in Opera CRM.
  • Prepare and submit weekly sales call reports, while contributing insights on market intelligence and competitor activities.
  • Represent the hotel at tradeshows, sales trips, and industry events as required.
  • Support seamless communication and service delivery for VIPs and Groups in coordination with internal stakeholders.
  • Perform other duties assigned by management to support business goals.
Talent Profile
  • Diploma in Business, Hospitality, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years’ sales experience in a 5-star hotel environment, preferably with exposure to corporate room sales and airline crew accounts.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills with the ability to engage clients confidently.
  • A collaborative team player with proven leadership and organisational skills.
  • Creative, results-driven, and capable of developing both tactical and strategic sales initiatives.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and hotel management systems, with working knowledge of Opera CRM preferred.
