Senior Social Media Analyst – Crisis Communications (12 Months Contract) 
Location: Singapore

Role Overview
The Senior Social Media Associate (Social Rapid Response) plays a key role in monitoring and managing conversations about our client across social media platforms. You will help protect our client’s brand reputation by identifying emerging issues, responding to online conversations, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to manage communications effectively.

This role is ideal for someone who is highly responsive, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor social media platforms to identify emerging issues and conversations related to our client.
  • Provide timely updates to internal teams on potential reputational risks or trending issues.
  • Draft and publish content across various social media channels.
  • Manage engagement across brand social channels including publishing posts, responding to comments, and coordinating brand collaborations.
  • Support crisis communications and reputational management on social media platforms.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Community Support, Trust & Safety, Policy, and Corporate Communications.
  • Analyze social media data and provide insights for reporting and campaign performance.
  • Support playbook development, workflow improvements, and best practices.
  • Assist with onboarding and supporting team members where required.
Requirements
  • Experience working in a fast-paced social media, communications, or PR environment.
  • Experience in social listening, crisis response, or reputation management is preferred.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
  • Experience with Sprinklr or other social media monitoring tools is preferred.
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent relevant work experience.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
Work Schedule
This role requires flexible shift coverage to support social media operations across APAC:
  • Work schedule: Sunday–Thursday OR Tuesday–Saturday
  • Working hours: 9 hours per day (including a 1-hour break)
  • Shift window: Between 7:00 AM – 8:00 PM (Singapore Time) 
  • Weekend and public holiday work may be required depending on business needs.
