Senior Sourcing Recruiter (6 Months Contract)

Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Sourcing Recruiter to support hiring across a diverse range of roles within a fast-paced global technology environment. This role focuses on proactive talent sourcing, building strong pipelines of qualified candidates, and partnering closely with hiring stakeholders to meet business hiring needs.

You will be part of a worldwide recruiting team, executing sourcing strategies and contributing to recruitment programs that attract top talent.

Key Responsibilities
  • Source professionals across a wide range of business and technical roles

  • Manage the full sourcing lifecycle from market mapping to candidate engagement

  • Build and maintain pipelines of high-quality passive candidates

  • Identify and engage talent from competitor organisations

  • Conduct outreach through cold-calling, networking, and direct sourcing channels

  • Partner closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand hiring needs

  • Support recruiting programs and initiatives to improve hiring outcomes

  • Ensure timely delivery of qualified candidates in a fast-paced environment

  • Maintain accurate records using ATS/TMS systems

Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree

  • 8+ years of experience in recruiting, sourcing, or recruiting support

  • Proven success in sourcing and hiring passive candidates from direct competitors

  • Strong experience with direct sourcing and candidate engagement strategies

  • Confident in cold-calling and relationship building over the phone

  • Experience influencing senior hiring managers and executives

  • Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines

  • Proficiency in MS Word and Excel

  • Working knowledge of ATS/TMS tools
