RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design and oversee clinical and instrumental studies for skin care and sun care formulations.
- Analyze study results and generate technical data to support product claims.
- Collaborate with R&D, Regulatory, Marketing, and external testing partners on development projects.
- Drive the development of new testing methodologies and evaluation protocols.
- Degree in Cosmetic Science, Chemistry, Life Sciences, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in clinical testing, efficacy evaluation, or claims substantiation within Personal Care.
- Hands-on experience with skin and sun care testing methodologies and instrumental measurements.
- Strong analytical, project management, and stakeholder management skills.
