SERVICE DELIVERY MANAGER (CONTRACT)
📍 Location: Singapore (Changi area)
🕘 Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 6:00pm (Must be open to Standby)
📅 Work Week: 5-day work week
📄 Employment Type: Contract
💰 Salary: $7,500 – $8,000 (based on experience)

Overview We are seeking an experienced Service Delivery Manager / Operations Lead on a contract basis to oversee IT service delivery operations for enterprise clients. The role focuses on ensuring stable service performance, managing operational governance, and driving continuous improvement across IT services.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in IT infrastructure operations and service management within managed services or IT outsourcing environments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee end-to-end IT service delivery operations for assigned accounts.
  • Ensure effective execution of Incident Management processes, including escalation and communication.
  • Manage Problem Management activities, including Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and follow-up actions.
  • Monitor service performance and ensure adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Coordinate Change Management activities across technical teams.
  • Drive service improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Plan and forecast operational resource requirements.
  • Prioritise service requests and ensure timely resolution.
  • Work closely with technical teams supporting infrastructure, network, and cloud environments.
  • Provide service reporting, performance analysis, and trend insights to stakeholders.
  • Support onboarding of new or enhanced service offerings.
  • Act as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related discipline.
  • 5–6 years of experience in IT service delivery, IT outsourcing, or managed services.
  • Strong understanding of IT infrastructure (servers, networks, storage, cloud platforms such as AWS / Azure / GCP).
  • Knowledge of IT service management processes (Incident, Problem, Change Management).
  • ITIL Foundation certification is preferred.
  • Experience with monitoring tools such as SolarWinds, Splunk, or equivalent.
  • Understanding of cybersecurity and compliance principles is an advantage.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Ability to coordinate across technical and operational teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
