Role Overview We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with strong ServiceNow platform expertise to support business process analysis, requirements gathering, and solution design. The role involves working closely with stakeholders to translate business needs into functional specifications and supporting the delivery of scalable ServiceNow solutions.
The ideal candidate should have strong experience in IT service management processes and ServiceNow implementation or enhancement projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather, analyse, and document business requirements, translating them into functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Analyse existing business processes and redesign workflows to improve efficiency and align with ServiceNow best practices.
- Work closely with technical architects and developers to define and deliver scalable ServiceNow solutions.
- Facilitate workshops with stakeholders to ensure alignment on requirements and solution design.
- Maintain clear and structured documentation, including process flows, user stories, and training materials.
- Support user training sessions and drive adoption of ServiceNow solutions.
- Manage enhancement requests and support continuous improvement of existing ServiceNow functionalities (BAU).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of business solutions.
- Identify process optimisation opportunities and recommend improvements.
- Support data analysis and reporting to inform business decisions.
- Minimum 4 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with at least 2 years in ServiceNow-related projects.
- Strong knowledge of ITIL framework and IT Service Management processes.
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow platform (ITSM, HRSD, and/or CSM modules preferred).
- Strong experience in business process analysis, requirements gathering, and solution design.
- Proficient in Agile methodologies.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to facilitate workshops and manage multiple stakeholders effectively.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- ServiceNow CSA certification or ITIL certification is an advantage.
- Experience with business process design tools and documentation frameworks.
- Understanding of business model analysis and technology integration.
- Data analysis skills to support decision-making and process improvements.
