Responsibilities
- Lead design & configuration of SAP SuccessFactors Compensation and Variable Pay across multiple global instances
- Design compensation cycles (merit, bonus, incentives) with regional variations
- Drive multi-instance harmonisation, governance, and standardisation
- Manage integrations with Employee Central, Performance & Goals, Payroll & Finance
- Ensure compliance, audit readiness, and compensation reporting
- Lead stakeholder discussions with HR, Finance, IT, and Total Rewards
- 8+ years SAP SuccessFactors Compensation & Variable Pay experience
- Strong experience in global, multi-instance environments
- Proven delivery of end-to-end compensation cycles
- Knowledge of EC, PMGM, payroll integration
- Experience with compensation design (bonus, merit, incentives)
- SAP SuccessFactors Compensation/Variable Pay certification
- Strong stakeholder management & leadership skills
