About the Role We are seeking a dedicated SIRMS System Maintenance Engineer (L1) to support and maintain the Satellite Incident & Resource Management System (SIRMS). You will be responsible for providing Level 1 support, ensuring system uptime, and resolving technical issues. This role requires a strong technical foundation, attention to detail, and the ability to work on shift rotations in a high-security environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide Level 1 support
for SIRMS operations.
- Perform routine system monitoring, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
- Assist in the installation, configuration, and testing
of SIRMS-related systems and equipment.
- Ensure timely incident response and escalation
to higher-level engineers when required.
- Maintain accurate documentation of incidents, resolutions, and support activities.
- Work closely with operations and engineering teams to ensure smooth system performance.
- Minimum ITE Certificate or Diploma
in IT, Electrical, or Electronics.
- Strong technical and problem-solving skills.
- Good teamwork and communication abilities.
- Willingness to work on rotating shifts.
- Open to working in Changi area
- Monthly Salary: SGD 2,300 – SGD 2,500 + Shift allowance
