Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a strategic business development plan aligned with the goals of the assigned ministry.
  • Identify high-value agencies and accounts, and drive new business opportunities within these targets.
  • Establish and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders across target organisations.
  • Deeply understand our service portfolio and effectively articulate value propositions to senior executives, ensuring alignment with their priorities and needs.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to design, refine, and deliver tailored solutions for clients.
  • Manage a robust sales pipeline and consistently achieve or surpass revenue objectives.
  • Provide leadership with regular reports on sales progress, emerging opportunities, and market dynamics.
  • Stay updated on relevant industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitive developments.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline.
  • Possess the necessary security clearance required for public sector engagements.
  • 7–15 years of experience in business development or sales, with a strong record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
  • Solid understanding of key Singapore industries, such as public sector, transportation, healthcare, and higher education, backed by an established professional network.
  • Demonstrated capability in building and sustaining relationships with C-suite executives and other senior stakeholders.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem‑solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently while effectively collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience with consultative and solution‑based selling approaches.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to articulate a clear vision and align solutions across diverse business domains.
  • Proven experience generating leads through networking, cold outreach, industry events, and strategic partnerships.
