- Partner with business stakeholders and technical teams to translate AI‑driven automation and ECM requirements into well‑defined solution designs.
- Develop scalable, secure, and modular architectures that integrate ECM platforms with AI/ML services and enterprise systems such as ERP, CRM, and data lakes.
- Assess, select, and recommend Generative AI technologies (LLMs, NLP models) for use cases like content classification, summarization, translation, and conversational interfaces.
- Design end-to-end enterprise content workflows covering capture, indexing, retrieval, retention, compliance, and governance.
- Provide technical leadership across development, integration, and deployment activities.
- Drive the full implementation lifecycle of automation, BPM, ECM, IDP, and Generative AI solutions, ensuring high-quality delivery across development, QA, and operations teams.
- Lead proof-of-concepts and pilot initiatives to validate solution value and technical feasibility.
- Collaborate closely with RPA engineers, BPM experts, and data scientists to build robust, production-ready solutions.
- Ensure seamless integration of automation technologies with existing enterprise platforms (ERP, CRM, data systems, etc.).
- Define enterprise architecture standards to support secure and compliant adoption of AI and ECM technologies.
- Establish governance models for AI lifecycle management, content classification frameworks, and metadata standards.
- Promote reusable components, patterns, and best practices for automation and enterprise content management.
- Continuously monitor trends and advancements in AI, ECM, automation, and related technologies.
- Identify and propose innovative use cases—such as GenAI-powered enterprise search or automated document intelligence—to drive measurable business outcomes.
- Champion digital transformation initiatives that expand AI and ECM adoption across the organization.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent (Master’s preferred).
- 7+ years of experience in solution architecture focused on ECM, AI/ML, and process automation.
- Strong expertise across RPA tools (UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism), BPM platforms (Pega, Appian, Camunda), and ECM systems (OpenText, Documentum, SharePoint, Box).
- Deep understanding of AI/ML principles, NLP, vector search, and knowledge graph technologies.
- Hands-on experience with major cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and API-driven integration architectures.
- Proven success delivering enterprise-scale, content-centric AI applications.
