Role Overview We are seeking a SuccessFactors Integration & Reporting Lead to design and deliver integration and reporting solutions across a complex global SAP SuccessFactors landscape.
The role will ensure seamless data flows, system connectivity, and accurate HR reporting across multiple SAP SF instances and enterprise systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead integration strategy and architecture across SAP SuccessFactors and connected systems
- Design and manage interfaces across SAP and non-SAP platforms (e.g. S/4HANA, ServiceNow, Active Directory, payroll systems)
- Define data flows, mapping, and transformation logic
- Oversee integration build, testing, deployment, and support
- Design and deliver HR reporting and analytics solutions (Story Reports, People Analytics, Ad Hoc Reports)
- Enable cross-instance reporting and data consolidation
- Ensure data accuracy, governance, and reporting integrity
- Partner with HR, IT, Finance, and business stakeholders
- 8+ years’ experience in SAP SuccessFactors integrations and/or reporting
- Strong experience with SAP CPI or similar middleware
- Hands-on experience with SuccessFactors reporting tools
- Strong understanding of SF data structures (Employee Central and other modules)
- Experience in multi-instance/global environments
- Ability to design and document integration and reporting solutions
- Strong stakeholder management and leadership skills
- SAP SuccessFactors certification
- Experience with UKG integrations
- Exposure to data warehousing or analytics platforms
