About the Role We are seeking an experienced SuccessFactors Solution Architect to design and deliver scalable, future-ready HR technology solutions for a complex, global organization. The role will support the evolution of a unified and efficient HR technology landscape across multiple systems, ensuring alignment with business and regional requirements.
Key Responsibilities
1. HR Architecture & Transformation
- Define end-to-end HR solution architecture across SuccessFactors, legacy systems, and existing HR tools
- Develop a harmonized global HR architecture while supporting regional and entity-specific requirements
- Support HR transformation initiatives focused on simplification, scalability, and standardization
- Translate business requirements into practical, technology-enabled solutions
- Assess and support optimization of SuccessFactors environments
- Design integration and data flows across HR, payroll, finance, and other enterprise systems
- Establish architecture and governance standards for HR systems
- Support digitization and standardization of HR processes across regions
- Enable workflow automation and improved HR service delivery
- Work with stakeholders to improve HR operational efficiency
- Design integration solutions between SAP SuccessFactors and other enterprise platforms
- Work with middleware solutions (e.g., SAP CPI/BTP or equivalent)
- Ensure consistent and reliable HR data architecture and governance
- Collaborate with global HR, IT, and business stakeholders
- Facilitate alignment between technical solutions and business needs
- Provide architectural guidance across multiple workstreams
- Minimum 10+ years of experience in HR technology
- Strong expertise in SAP SuccessFactors as a Solution Architect
- Experience with large-scale HR transformation programs
- Strong knowledge of integration architecture and HR system landscapes
- Experience working with multi-country or global organizations
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Exposure to multiple SAP SuccessFactors modules (e.g., Employee Central, Recruiting, Performance & Goals, Learning, Compensation)
- Experience with integration tools such as SAP CPI or similar middleware
- Experience in regulated or complex enterprise environments
- SAP SuccessFactors or SAP-related certifications (advantageous)
