Talent Acquisition Analyst (12 Months Contract) 

Role & Responsibilities -
  Contractor Hiring Strategy
  • Partner with business leaders to understand contractor workforce needs across functions.

  • Design and implement scalable, agile recruitment strategies tailored to contractor hiring.

  • Build and maintain a ready-to-deploy talent pipeline of pre-vetted contract professionals.

Sourcing & Recruitment
  • Actively source, screen, and engage contract candidates via job boards, agencies, and professional networks.

  • Manage and nurture relationships with staffing vendors, including negotiation of terms and performance reviews.

  • Oversee end-to-end hiring processes: conduct initial interviews and coordinate hiring manager rounds.

Program Management
  • Track and report on key contractor hiring metrics and KPIs to drive continuous improvement.

  • Ensure strict compliance with local labor laws, company policies, and contractor classification requirements.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of contractor assignments, contracts, renewals, and offboarding.

Stakeholder Engagement
  • Act as the primary point of contact for contractor hiring across all departments.

  • Advise hiring managers on best practices, market trends, and contractor engagement strategies.

  • Collaborate closely with Legal, Procurement, and HR to ensure smooth onboarding, contract compliance, and offboarding processes.

What You Will Need
  • 5–8 years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience across Asia Pacific, with a strong emphasis on contractor/contingent workforce hiring(non-tech roles preferred).

  • Solid understanding of the entire contractor lifecycle, including vendor and stakeholder management.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

  • A consultative, strategic, and solutions-oriented mindset when managing relationships.

  • A strong focus on delivering an exceptional candidate experience at every touchpoint.

  • Highly organised, structured, and process-driven in managing multiple concurrent hiring needs.
