The client’s Asia Pacific Talent Acquisition team is responsible for end-to-end hiring across the region, while providing thought leadership and consultative guidance to the business. The team comprises recruiters based across multiple markets, working closely and collaboratively with business stakeholders and the wider people community.
The Opportunity
This is a 6-month contract role supporting the Talent Acquisition function across Asia Pacific. The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering hiring outcomes, market insights, and sourcing strategies in a fast-paced, project-driven environment.
What a Talent Acquisition Analyst Does
Talent Acquisition
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned roles on a 6-month contract basis, including intake, job posting, screening, interview coordination, and offer negotiation.
- Partner closely with hiring managers and People Business Partners to define hiring needs and deliver an exceptional candidate experience.
- Prepare and present data-driven reports on hiring progress, pipeline health, and funnel metrics to support informed decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with internal recruitment processes and local regulations, maintaining accurate and up-to-date ATS records.
- Drive process improvements and support pilots for new recruitment tools and initiatives.
- Design and execute creative sourcing strategies for niche and hard-to-fill roles during the 6-month engagement.
- Build and maintain candidate pipelines for repeatable and critical skill sets.
- Provide market and talent insights through analysis of competitor trends, compensation benchmarks, and talent availability.
- Leverage innovative sourcing tools and techniques to identify and engage talent across regional and global markets.
- Deliver concise market-mapping and talent intelligence reports to support hiring strategies.
- 3–5 years of recruitment experience, open to both in-house and/or agency backgrounds.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret market data and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt quickly in a time-bound contract environment.
- Proven recruitment delivery across a diverse range of roles and markets.
- A consultative, strategic, and solution-oriented approach to stakeholder management.
- Strong focus on delivering an excellent candidate experience.
- Familiarity with Southeast Asia talent markets and hiring practices.
