About the Role
We are seeking a Tech Arch & Cloud Infra Analyst specializing in AWS Operations and Support to join our Managed Services team. This role is responsible for the day-to-day management, maintenance, and support of enterprise cloud systems, ensuring reliability, availability, performance, and security of the AWS environment. Fresh graduates with strong interest in Infrastructure/Technical Architecture are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities

Cloud Infrastructure Management
  • Provision, configure, and maintain AWS resources (EC2, S3, RDS, VPC, etc.).
  • Automate deployments using IaC tools (CloudFormation, Terraform).
  • Implement configuration management systems (Ansible, Chef, Puppet).
  • Monitor resource utilization and optimize for cost efficiency.

System Monitoring & Performance
  • Configure monitoring solutions (CloudWatch, Prometheus).
  • Analyze performance data, detect anomalies, and optimize AWS resources.
  • Develop dashboards and reports for system health and performance.

Incident Management & Support
  • Respond to and resolve incidents, alerts, and service requests.
  • Troubleshoot complex issues and provide root cause analysis.
  • Collaborate with development and security teams for resolution.
  • Provide after-hours support when required.

Security & Compliance
  • Implement AWS security best practices (IAM, Security Groups, NACLs, Security Hub).
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards (GDPR, HIPAA, PCI DSS).
  • Conduct regular security audits and vulnerability assessments.

Automation & Continuous Improvement
  • Identify opportunities to automate manual tasks.
  • Develop scripts/tools for infrastructure management and monitoring.
  • Support CI/CD pipelines and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Documentation & Knowledge Management
  • Maintain documentation of AWS infrastructure and operational procedures.
  • Build a knowledge base of common issues and solutions.
  • Provide training and support to internal teams.


Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of hands-on AWS infrastructure management (fresh grads considered if motivated to learn).
  • Experience with IaC tools (CloudFormation, Terraform) and configuration management (Ansible, Chef, Puppet).
  • Strong knowledge of AWS monitoring, performance tuning, and security services.
  • Familiarity with compliance frameworks (GDPR, HIPAA, PCI DSS).
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
