Location: Central Singapore
Type: 1-year contract (with 1-month completion bonus)

About the role
End-to-end ownership from requirements to go-live. You’ll lead and manage requirements gathering, solution design, FSD completion, test strategy and test case readiness, defect resolution, and launch—focused on payment screening with Fircosoft.
What you’ll do
- Lead and manage the full delivery lifecycle: requirements → design → FSD → test strategy/cases → defect resolution → go-live.
- Support analysis and design of Fircosoft upgrade(e.g., v6.5 → newer).
- Identify, refine, and document detailed business and functional requirements.
- Serve as the liaison to business stakeholders; conduct user/task analysis and ensure the business perspective is reflected in solutions.
- Coordinate with engineering, QA, and operations to ensure quality and timely release.
- Track risks, issues, and dependencies; keep leadership updated with clear status and action plans.
- Hands-on payment screening experience(e.g., SWIFT/MT messages).
- Fircosoft experience, preferably including upgrades from v6.5 to newer versions (experience with other screening tools is a plus).
- Exposure to WUM and SOC processes.
- Proven techno-functional PM/BA background—able to translate business needs into robust functional specs and testable designs.
- Strong documentation (FSD), stakeholder management, and end-to-end delivery skills.
- Experience in other sanctions screening/AML platforms.
- Test management and defect triage leadership across cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with banking change/release governance.
