- Define, set, and communicate sales targets that support sustainable, long‑term growth across a portfolio of named focus end‑user accounts.
- Develop and implement data‑driven sales strategies to achieve annual revenue goals.
- Build, strengthen, and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers within top strategic accounts and their partner ecosystem.
- Conduct on-site client visits to deliver sales presentations, assess current customer workflows, and recommend solutions aligned with the company’s product portfolio.
- Address client issues promptly and professionally to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Maintain comprehensive and accurate account profiles for all key accounts.
- Prepare and present detailed performance reports to the Sales Director and other stakeholders as required.
- Continuously research market trends to stay updated on customer needs, industry movements, and competitor activities.
- Bachelor’s degree in IT or a related discipline preferred.
- Proven experience managing end‑user accounts in sectors such as FSI, Colocation, Manufacturing, Healthcare, Hospitality, or Government.
- Knowledge of structured cabling systems, enterprise network connectivity, and data center solutions is a strong advantage.
- Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to design and specify solutions based on customer requirements.
- Demonstrated experience as a “hunter” in sales with a track record of acquiring new business.
- Consistent achievement of sales targets with measurable results.
