Location: Central
Join a leading global financial institution’s Equity Derivatives Operations team, supporting the confirmation and processing of complex OTC derivative transactions.
What you’ll do:
- Manage daily confirmations for OTC Equity Derivative and Synthetic trades.
- Review, reconcile and draft legal ISDA confirmations.
- Monitor trade affirmation and electronic matching within T+2/T+3 timelines.
- Investigate and resolve trade discrepancies and client disputes.
- Liaise with clients, Sales & Trading, Settlements and other Operations teams.
- Follow up with counterparties on legal confirmation execution.
- Identify and escalate critical/high-risk outstanding trades.
- Prepare EOD reports and support process/system enhancements.
- Ensure operational controls, procedures and risk mitigation requirements are followed.
- Bachelor’s degree with 1–2 years of financial services experience.
- Experience in Equity Derivatives, FX, Commodities or financial documentation/operations.
- Exposure to structured transactions or OTC derivatives is advantageous.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Able to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Comfortable working with both internal and external clients.
Candidates from Derivatives Operations, Trade Confirmations, Middle Office, Trade Support, Settlements or Documentation teams with exposure to OTC products would be relevant.
