About the Role
We are looking for a motivated VSAT Engineer (Level 1) to join our team. You will be responsible for supporting, maintaining, and troubleshooting VSAT systems and related IT infrastructure. This is a shift-based role that requires technical expertise and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide Level 1 support for VSAT equipment and systems.
- Perform routine maintenance, monitoring, and troubleshooting.
- Assist in installation, configuration, and testing of VSAT systems.
- Ensure timely resolution of issues and escalate when necessary.
- Maintain proper documentation of incidents and support activities.
- Minimum Diploma in Engineering / Information Technology or related field.
- Strong technical and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to work on shift rotations.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Monthly salary: SGD 2,300 – SGD 2,500 + Shift Allowance
