About the Role We are seeking a motivated VSAT System Maintenance Engineer (L1) to join our team. In this role, you will support, maintain, and troubleshoot VSAT systems and related IT infrastructure. This is a shift-based position requiring strong technical knowledge, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide Level 1 support for VSAT equipment and systems.
- Perform routine maintenance, monitoring, and troubleshooting of VSAT systems.
- Assist in installation, configuration, and testing of VSAT equipment.
- Ensure timely resolution of issues and escalate to higher-level engineers when necessary.
- Maintain accurate documentation of incidents, maintenance activities, and support cases.
- Minimum ITE Certificate or Diploma
in IT, Electronics, Electrical, or a related engineering field.
- Strong technical and problem-solving skills.
- Good teamwork and communication abilities.
- Willingness to work on rotating shifts.
- Open to working in Changi area.
- Monthly Salary:
SGD 2,300 – SGD 2,500 (excluding shift allowance).
