About the role
Provide SME support for workplace management—planning, installation, administration, endpoint imaging, OS deployments, and continuous improvement of procedures and operations.
Key responsibilities
- Install/configure/test/maintain endpoint hardware and images (OS, apps, drivers, patches, upgrades)
- Plan and support patch management and software distribution
- Support workplace management tools, escalations, QA testing, operational automation, and documentation
- (If applicable) Design/operate cloud services and implement IaC via CloudFormation/Terraform
- Degree/Diploma in Engineering/Information Systems (or related)
- 5+ years experience with Windows Servers, AD, PowerShell, GPO and workplace management tools (e.g., SCCM/BigFix/Citrix VDI/Nexthink)
- Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and ability to work independently
- Cloud knowledge (AWS/Azure), scripting, and CI/CD exposure are advantageous
