Job Overview We are seeking a Workflow Developer to design, develop, and optimize automated business workflows. The role involves working closely with stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable and efficient workflow solutions that improve operational processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and enhance workflow applications to automate business processes
- Build integrations with APIs and external systems
- Design and maintain data structures and workflow logic
- Troubleshoot, optimize, and support existing workflows
- Support deployment using version control and release processes
- Perform unit testing and support UAT
- Prepare technical documentation for workflows and integrations
- Collaborate with stakeholders on requirements and solution design
- Diploma/Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Experience in JavaScript, HTML/XML, or workflow scripting
- Knowledge of API integration and system connectivity
- Familiarity with DevOps practices (version control, deployments)
- Understanding of data structures and database concepts
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience with workflow tools (e.g., Power Automate, Nintex, Zapier, SuiteScript) is an advantage
