Workstream Project Manager (12-Month Contract)
Location: Singapore

About the Role
Our client is seeking a Workstream Project Manager to join a strategic transformation programme within its Wealth business.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day delivery of assigned workstreams, ensuring project milestones are achieved, risks are managed, and cross-functional teams remain aligned throughout the project lifecycle. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a high-impact transformation initiative within a dynamic banking environment.

Key Responsibilities
Project Planning & Delivery
  • Manage the end-to-end delivery of assigned project workstreams.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, milestones and deliverables.
  • Monitor project progress to ensure timely delivery within scope.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to achieve programme objectives.
Stakeholder Management & Reporting
  • Prepare project status reports, dashboards and executive updates.
  • Facilitate project meetings, workstream discussions and governance forums.
  • Communicate project progress, risks, issues and key decisions to stakeholders.
  • Build strong relationships across Business, Operations, Technology, Risk, Legal and Compliance teams.
Dependency & Change Management
  • Identify and manage dependencies across multiple workstreams.
  • Assess project scope changes and support change management activities.
  • Maintain RAID logs and drive risk mitigation plans.
  • Ensure change requests follow established governance processes.
Governance & Programme Support
  • Maintain project documentation, action trackers and governance records.
  • Ensure compliance with project management standards and reporting requirements.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project delivery and collaboration.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Project Management, Programme Management, Business Analysis or PMO within the banking or financial services industry.
  • Proven experience managing medium to large-scale projects involving multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong project planning, coordination and execution skills.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities.
  • Experience preparing project reports, dashboards and executive-level presentations.
  • Strong analytical, organisational and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience as a Project Manager or PMO supporting enterprise-wide transformation programmes.
  • Exposure to legal entity migration, business transformation, operational change or regulatory projects.
  • Experience within Wealth Management, Private Banking, Retail Banking or Financial Services.
  • Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall or Hybrid project delivery methodologies.
