Join our client, a noteworthy MNC company in the digital tech space.
As an API Integration Specialist/ Support Engineer (12 months contract), you will play a significant role in shaping the future of API integrations and providing technical support to both internal and external partner companies.
Your responsibilities encompass the following key areas:

  • Ensure seamless integration experiences for our partners.
  • You will provide expert technical support to key partners during API integration, skillfully diagnosing and resolving issues, and fostering trust through creative solutions.
  • Effective issue triage and escalation processes will be your forte, distinguishing between APIrelated and non-API-related issues and bridging the gap between technical and non-technical teams.
  • You will also take charge of maintaining developer documentation, ensuring its comprehensiveness and accuracy.
  • Leading partner onboarding from inception to golive, collaborating with Partner Managers, defining integration scope, and educating partners on best practices will be integral to your responsibilities.
  • Additionally, you will conduct thorough API testing, provide feedback for continuous improvement, coordinate with Beta Partners for feature integration, and comfortably host technical webinars.

Qualifications for Success:

  • A minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in a related consultancy or API integration role.
    Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential, along with expertise in technical support, troubleshooting, testing, and issue escalation.
  • Ability to translate complex technical concepts into nontechnical language and have a solid grasp of XML and JSON.
  • Proficiency in crafting and interpreting complex SQL queries, experience with REST APIs, and familiarity with testing tools like Postman or PAW are crucial.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce and Jira is a plus.
  • Prior experience in writing technical documentation, an understanding of serviceoriented architecture, and the ability to adapt to shifting priorities are highly valued.
