The Opportunity
- Assist the TRM Director to conduct risk-based periodic and thematic assurance reviews and deploy analytics capabilities in driving effective control measurement on technology risk management.
- Support the first line of defense to remediate the control weaknesses and develop effective ongoing monitoring mechanism.
- Frequency involved in the discussion with the first line in completing the review fieldwork, supporting the TRM director to define the effective measurement via the data analytics.
- Collaborate with the first line and third line in driving a better risk management practice for technology areas.
- Establish the annual risk profiling assessment
- Perform deep dive / assurance review
- Perform data analytics to identify risk area
- Establish new metrics based on data analytics result
- Table the review result and improvement plan in LBU risk committee
Your Background
- Strong ability to use data to tell a story
- Well understanding of the technology domains that may incur technology risk to the corporation
- Experience in risk profiling and identify the risk concern area for review
- Experience in data analytics and generate meaningful outcome for risk management focus
- Experience in deep dive and assurance review and risk assessment in relevant technology domains
- Experience in working in matrix organization
- Excellent cross-group and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate business need for detection improvements
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to command respect with gravitas and engage a variety of large audiences, internally and externally
