Our client, an active consumer foodservice and one of the largest conglomerate of its industry is looking to hire an experience Assistant Manager - C&B, Rewards to join their Singapore Team.
- Participate in development, review and implementation of reward related programs and projects such as salary benchmarking and benefit review
- Participate in the annual salary review and incentive and other reward processes
- Manage and conduct market survey for assessing the company's salary packages competitiveness
- Prepare compensation package proposals for internal mobility and new hires
- Review and update reward policies to ensure compliance with statutory requirements
- Effectively manages and collaborates with vendors and external partners to ensure maximum value of
- services is delivered
- Provide trusted and practical advice to the business and HR team members on reward programs
To qualify for this role
- Bachelor Degree or equivalent
- Minimum 4-6 years' of rewards experience
- Good analytical skills with ability to solve complex problems
- Good communication, influencing and collaboration skills
- Self-motivated with growth mindset
