Our client, a leading Busines in the Insurance industry are looking to recruit an Associate Director - IT Performance Management.
Job Description
As an Associate Director - IT Performance Management, you will be responsible for working alongside key countries in the Asia region focused on Technology Planning, Technology Performance Management and Technology Risk Manangement. You will be focussed on the enablement of technology change in the business and ensuring the on-going health of the managed Technology in each country.
You will support the development of the technology roadmap whilst maintaining and tracking roadmaps to delivery. You will conduct regular independant assessments of the Technology capablies, activities and services for each country. You will ensure visibility and management any technology risks and perform active tracking and managment of audit issues.
Requirements
- Excellent general IT knowledge and background
- Expsosure working in the Insuance Industry with knowledge of the Life Insurance sector
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills
- Good exposure in technoology risk, plocies and audit management
- Ideally fluent in Cantonese or Mandarin
