The Client

The Opportunity
- Provides support to the day-to-day operations and quality control of returned mails and client documentation services
- Ensure email queries are addressed timely
- Regular communications with Marketing and other ops units to follow up on issues and areas of concerns.
- Involves in data remediation exercises
- Provide regular status updates and escalate necessary issues to Department Head.
- Ad-hoc tasks as assigned by line manager
Your Background
- Degree in Banking & Finance, preferably with 1 years of experience in banking operations
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and Powerpoint
- Good communication and interpersonal skill
- Strong team player and ability to work independently
- Meticulous and organized
