The Opportunity
- Prepare materials for the weekly revenue meeting and follow through on action discussed
- Conduct analyses to understand revenue trends
- Manage deadlines and communications for key sales planning processes such as quarterly portfolio planning
- Track and report on budget usage.
- Set up project trackers, follow up execution and communicate/escalate when there are delays.
- Establish and document business processes.
Your Background
- Knowledge of business and management principles involved in sales planning and resource allocation.
- Strong Excel Skills (pivot tables, charting, revenue modeling) and Powerpoint (making data charts to communicate revenue insights).
- Working knowledge of SQL (interpreting and manipulating medium-complex queries)
- Ability to analyze business trends and project future revenues.
- Verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail and team working.
- Ability to work independently and manage one's time.
- Ability to apply accounting and mathematical principles to work as needed.
- Bachelor's degree in business management, economics, finance or relevant field required.
- 5 years of relevant experience involving analysis, reporting and operations.
