Business Analyst

Roles and Responsibilities
We are looking for people who are passionate to make a difference to public service delivery.
You will support the team in the design and development of a new foreign worker levy system to enhance the delivery of levy services to customers. This is a large-scale development project using Agile software development methodology to drive the design, build and deployment of applications and services.

• Support officers to understand business and customer needs, define the requirements, set up the narratives and translate requirements into user stories for the system design and development workstreams
• Work with the IT vendor to document, test and clarify the system requirements to ensure business objectives are met
• Provide continual feedback to the vendor, and support product showcases
• Support testing of the new product features, validate acceptance tests and track defects
• Translate system rules into clearly defined SOP for stakeholders to support the new product features
  
  Knowledge and Skills
• Tertiary Education in relevant fields is preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Knowledge of UX/UI, behavior insights, data analytics or coding is advantageous, but not required
• Experience and familiarity with working in an Agile development/environment will be an added advantage
• Resourceful, analytical and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment
• Team player with strong organization and people handling skills
• Motivated to serve the public and stakeholders, and contribute to the Singapore's future
