Our client is a leading global wealth manager with strong investment banking capabilities. The team span across Japan, Australia, Hong Kong, Singapore, and China and will be in a key position working closely with colleagues across the various locations. The team's success is based on a trusted, engaged and collaborative team, keen to go the extra mile to create innovative solutions to meet the needs of our clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Management reporting (excel, ppt), able to break down complex information for reporting purposes (senior management)
  • 2022 Marketing Strategy: Planning support on documentation, material, strategy
  • Support (and eventually drive) Monthly forecasting, budget planning 2022, Cost analysis & cost reports, Tracking of client activities in regards to ROMI
  • Support in in workforce planning and forecasting
  • Support (and eventually drive) the collaboration with business compliance and business FLDS to set up marketing related framework, guidelines and policies. Provide support in setting up controls.
  • 2022 Marketing Strategy: Planning support on documentation, material, strategy
  • Develop/Review/Roll out potential event framework for product specific events
  • Review of relevant event related disclaimers for event management tools and other platforms (in collaboration with global teams)
  • Management reporting (excel, ppt), able to break down complex information for reporting purposes (senior management)


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Banking & Finance or equivalent
  • At least 8 years of relevant work experience in Financials & Compliance
  • Management reporting (excel, ppt), able to break down complex information for reporting purposes (senior management)
  • Understanding of financial analysis, tracking, forecasting, budgeting
  • Understanding and experience in risk/compliance related topics, such as developing guidelines and frameworks, FLDS, Control and Monitoring.
  • Experience in strategic planning
  • Financial experience (forecasting, planning, analysis)
  • Solid grasp of principles of risk environment and relevant controls, ability to get up to speed with the risk landscape and conversant with it in particular for key risk of Private Banking
  • Analytical, presentation and organizational skills
  • Comfortable working with data across a range of sources, shapes and sizes, and you are confident turning this into quality information
  • Excellent communication skills from making presentations
  • Able to work under pressure to strict deadlines (you're good at prioritizing tasks) is essential
  • Adept at improving processes and enhancing workflows (you're a keen observer and problem solver
  • Demonstrates high level of integrity, strong sense of ownership and sense of urgency, attention to detail and strives to deliver high quality and accurate outputs
