Business Analyst (Value Proposition)

The Opportunity
- Develop client Centric Bundled Propositions - Identify Retail/ Card bundled propositions supported by external research specifically for the High Net Worth segment
- Focus on enablers for Pre-onboarding, onboarding and Early engagement strategy for the Company's Segment
- Conduct and study market research and competitive landscape in order to ensure value added features and 'best in class' client experience
- Manage multiple stakeholders across Product, Risk & Compliance, multiple markets and other Regional business teams
Your Background
- Degree holder or at least 8 years of demonstrated skill/experience in the relevant field.
- Prior Retail bank or Wealth management product strategy experience will be preferred
- Working knowledge of wealth management products like Investments, FX and insurance
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills; ability to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions and recommendations
- Proven experience of project management, with strong ability to take ownership and drive projects independently
- Self-motivated, adopt a proactive approach and a team player with a strong sense of owning priorities and the interests of various stakeholders with an ability to negotiate, persuade and adapt
- Collaborative, analytical and organized. Leads by example
- Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills with ability to communicate and influence at any level of leadership
