The Opportunity
Responsible for processing customer orders according to existing procedures, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of orders, and handling post-sale issues such as damaged goods or broken boxes. The candidate should be capable of independently and flexibly deciding on appropriate solutions based on existing processes.
- Process customer orders in line with established procedures.
- Ensure timely and accurate delivery of orders.
- Handle post-sale issues, such as damaged goods and packaging.
- Independently determine suitable handling methods according to existing procedures.
- Communicate effectively with customers and internal teams to resolve issues.
The Opportunity
- 1-3 years of supply chain experience, especially customer order management.
- Proficient in using S4 HANA.
- Fluent in English communication.
- Strong proficiency in Excel.
- Knowledge of ATP (Available to Promise) logic.
- Understanding of EDI (Electronic Data Interchange).
Strong analytical and judgment skills. - Excellent communication skills..
