Job Description

The role is a 12 months contract position within the APAC Business Operations & Planning team, reporting to the Business Operations Manager based in Sydney, Australia and will involve liaising with many internal stakeholders ranging from Project Managers to Finance to Sales Support. The role is essential in maintaining the day to day business operations and will be working independently and collaboratively with multiple stakeholders across India, Singapore and Australia.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Process monthly billings
  • Prepare weekly billings forecast and associated reports
  • Support CRM Project set-up and associated billings, assignment and contract details
  • Support CRM Opportunity booking process at Regional Operations Manager stage
  • Maintenance and data integrity of CRM application
  • Support internal stakeholders across India, Singapore and Australia on CRM queries
  • Creation, maintenance and distribution of weekly business reports to senior management
  • Compile and analyse business data for healthy financial planning
  • Subject matter expert on internal PSE tool
  • Administrative duties and ad-hoc reporting as required

Required skills/ experience:

  • Minimum 3+ years in corporate operations or billings functions
  • Proven track record of working independently/ remotely
  • Experienced in working closely with cross-region stakeholders and time zones
  • Experience with a major CRM and/or PSE tool
  • Strong knowledge of spreadsheet programs, which includes Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets/Slides, and Salesforce Quip
  • Ability to clearly follow processes and procedures, and make decisions
  • Must have excellent organizational skills, detail oriented, and able to perform repetitive tasks with extremely high accuracy
  • Excellent written business communication and verbal presentation skills
  • High technology field operations experience preferred
  • Experience with a consulting firm and/or vendor management desired
  • Understanding of contract execution lifecycle is a plus
  • Understanding of project management and software implementation lifecycle is a plus
  • Ability to succeed in a collaborative, start-up paced environment
