Business Process Engineer
- 12 months contract role, with possible extension
- Multinational tech company
This role will be part of a regional Business Transformation project.
- Look at the current business processes and identify gaps for improvement whether by changes or automation
- Standardize processes across the business
- Design and implement various process improvement initiatives
- Coordinate with various stakeholders across the APAC region
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma holder, with relevant Six Sigma qualifications
- Has 5-6 years of relevant experience in identifying gaps and opportunities in the workplace
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Experienced in change management
- Excellent people skills and has the ability to manage relationships and conflict
- Good communication, presentation and influencing skills
