Job Overview:
Salesforce Change Manager with strong Salesforce experience and a good understanding of business and process transformation as well as soft change management skills.
The selected individual will work with the Business Analysts to implement Salesforce within Singapore clients.
Key Requirements:
- Proven Change Management experience
- Salesforce implementation experience as a Change Manager
- Able to come up with a change strategy and communications plan
- Understanding of business processes/ process transformation
- Stakeholder engagement/ assessment
