Our client are a British-based jewellery brand and we are looking for a driven, motivated and positive sales people to join our client's team. A happy team will lead to happy customers.
Our client have a total of 2 retail stores in Singapore and looking for new sales associates to join our team.
- Provide excellent customer service & assistance to guests
- Dynamic & proactive in meeting sales targets
- Attend to guests enquiries
- Provide customers with advice and guidance on product selection
- Manage POS processes
- Ensure smooth day to day operations
- Ensure tip-top store cleanliness, VM change & display
- Meet & follow store's SOP standards
- Able to work independently & with teams to follow up instructions shared by supervisors
Requirement:
- Experience in luxury retail and fashion/accessories or jewellery category a plus
- Someone who is meticulous and has high moral and work ethics, someone who takes pride in their work
- Skills like Cashiering, Logistics, Inventory Management, Customer Service, housekeeping and maintenance of overall cleanliness of store, after-sales service and stock taking
