The Opportunity
This role would be supporting the mandate account opening process, to help improve service delivery and reduce rejection rates. The successful candidate would be expected to provide daily/ weekly MI on status of in-progress requests and rejection analysis.
Your Background
- Banking experience required
- Experience using Temenos (T24) is required
- Familiar with processing client documents
- Proficient in MS Excel (including pivot tables) for generating reports
- Keen sense of time in managing urgent requests
- Project management exposure will be a plus
