The Opportunity
- Obtains customer's feedback/ information about client's training programme by interviewing customers, verifying information
- Following call centre "scripts" when interviewing customers
Your Background
- 0-2 years of customer support role
- Excellent communication skills (business proficiency level) and customer service oriented for both external and internal customer communication
- Proactive in capturing customers' attention
- Excellent attention to details
- Able to work independently with strong time management skills
